Good Quality. Ambidextrous Glove Positioning.

Works great for practicing punches and the sound when connecting a jab from the matching glove gives off is the most satisfying. These mitts are well constructed well, no stitching flaws or problems. Comfortable with thick padding yet lightweight to hold.
