B&B® LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATION

B&B Level 2 takes your learning to the next level with advanced boxing. This course is what we like to call, "Look the Part". This is to give you, as a trainer, more boxing skills to get better at your craft. This allows you to become a better coach with your own advanced boxing knowledge.

This course also takes you through drills you can do withg your students as well as learning how to incorporate mitts with your Boxing & Barbells® group.
